Tsujiya Honten was established in 1912 and specializes in traditional Japanese footwear.

Tsujiya Honten has been patronized by customers who are particular about their footwear, such as kabuki actors, sumo wrestlers, and masters of tea ceremony and flower arrangement. Today, customers from all over the world come to our store for authentic Japanese footwear.

Basically, many of our products are one-of-a-kind, and although our online store sells only to the Japanese market, we will sell and ship products on this site to customers overseas.
