“The Hour of the Tiger” is a lively depiction of the pre-dawn hours around 4:00 a.m. from Utamaro’s series “The Twelve Hours in the Yoshiwara” in which he depicts a day in the life of a Yoshiwara prostitute in the style of an undercover reportage. Each pair is a work of art that can be worn by craftsmen.

By adding a slight gloss to the ink color only, the charm of the outlines unique to Japanese-style painting is enhanced, and the three-dimensional effect that changes depending on the angle can be enjoyed.

Each item is limited to 50 pairs each, and will be produced after your order is placed.

Standard production time is 10 business day. Of course, there will be additional delivery times. If you have a desired delivery date, please place your order as early as possible. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
